Join us on Friday for our last meeting of the year. Our speaker will be the Georgetown Fire Department. Provided there are no fires in the area, they will be arriving by fire engine and all the kiddos will get a chance to step on board! Since GISD is on holiday, older kids are welcome to join us. Becky will have some fun ideas for things to do with our kids this summer. Please bring any unmatched socks you may have for making sock puppets, if time permits.

If you know for sure you will be coming back next year, bring your checkbooks to get a discount on the Fall Semester dues. MOPS International Membership is currently discounted to $21.95 until the end of May. If you pay $21.95 now, you will only owe $30 more for the Fall Semester, instead of the usual $60. You will be saving about $10. Or you can go ahead and pay $100 for the whole '10-'11 year (a $20 discount).
I can't believe it is already that time. Summer is just around the corner! Not to worry, though, we will be having regularly scheduled play dates throughout the summer! First up, Sarah Brown is inviting us all out to her neighborhood pool tomorrow (Wednesday, May 5th) from 11-1. Bring a lunch and sunscreen. She lives in Summercrest in Georgetown, just minutes from GCN. From Hwy 29, turn on to Summercrest, take your first left and the pool is on the left hand side. Hope to see you there!
Also, mark your calendars for our End of the Year Party on May 22nd. This will be a fun afternoon for the entire family. We will be BBQing and enjoying the water at Cheri's house. Be watching your email for more information.
